Biography

Daniel Jonathan "Dan" Stevens (born 10 October 1982) is an English actor. He is best known for his role as Matthew Crawley in the ITV period drama series Downton Abbey. He is also known for his roles in films such as The Guest and A Walk Among the Tombstones, and will star in the live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast as the Beast, scheduled for release in 2017.
